The Service is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and is non-refundable. Aside from the initial 30-day money-back guarantee after you initially sign up, there will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
How long does a subscription last?
Until you cancel. At this point your site will be active until the end of the already paid amount. If you are on a monthly payment plan you plan will remain active until the end of that paid month. If you are on an annual payment plan it will remain active until the end of that paid year.
Who owns the content?
You do! It is 100% your content. The Convene Application is just a vehicle for delivery. At no time will Convene own your content or collect any data based of your training system. We are not in the business of collecting data, nor will we ever be.
Why is Convene member '0' of my site?
The reason for this is for admin purposes. If you are having issues, need training, or need our IT department to look into something this is how we will login to your site. It is for admin purposes only and will only be used if you ask for assistance. This also allows us to add training to the 'How to Use Convene Group.'
