Step 1: Getting Started
Title: Pick a name for your experience that is engaging and makes people to WANT to take your experience.
Images: Source for images: pexels.com. Upload a photo – it must be at least 300px x 300px in size.
Category: Pick the category that fits your experience
Visibility: Choose public so everyone can take your experience unless it is an experience specifically for a group.
We offer the ability to publish an experience anonymously.
Step 2: Experience Background
Cropping: Make sure you crop your image.
Background Information: This should be the big picture of the situation (who, what, where, when). You can add pictures and videos if you have some that support the situation you are describing.
Documents: Upload any document if needed
Step 3: The Experience
The purpose of The Experience is the actual situation you are putting someone in. Explain the role they will be viewing the experience from and set the stage.
You can add a picture.
End the experience with a question that leads them into the experience questions.
Step 4: Questions
When creating questions, try to avoid Yes/No questions. Make them open ended to prompt people to answer with a sentence or two.
Step 5: Lessons Learned and the Discussion Board
The lesson learned section is about how YOU handled the experience in order to share your experience with the problem or situation.
You can add videos if you have something that fits in with your experience.
Discussion topics: Start it off with a first discussion topic. After that anyone can add topics to the discussion.
Click “Submit” to finish creating your experience. The community leader will approve it and publish it shortly.
